My name is Jessica, but you can call me Amaria if you’d like.
From research labs to the kitchen, cooking has always been my sanctuary; a moment of peace, creativity, and transformation. It’s in the fusion of ingredients that something special emerges: a flavor that awakens memories, warms the heart, and carries love to those who taste it.
My kitchen is built on memories, stories, and the knowledge I’ve gathered throughout my life. More than just cakes, sweets, or chocolates, it’s a space of love and connection; where flavors turn into lasting moments and bring people closer.
And Amaria wouldn’t exist without my family, my friends, and you, my dear customers!
Every treat that comes from my kitchen carries a piece of this special bond.

Who never missed home?
MARIA, Many women from my home country Brazil are named Maria, way common on those that dedicates their life to the caring and comfort of others. Among the Latins, who never met a Maria that just on thinking of the food they cook the mouth waters?
AMAR, The Portuguese word for “To love”
The choice of a menu, the ingredients, the dishes that are part of it, the way it is used and combined while thinking about the ones that are going to be delighted with it.
Cooking is about bringing feelings to the real world, to give all your kindness through the joyful senses that the food can cause, cooking to someone is like saying “I love you” without words.

Who wouldn’t love to be able to remind once again the memories of those carefully prepared dishes from our loved ones, parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles… so many “Marias” that we have so wonderful memories about?
That’s AMARIA. It is cooking with love, bringing back the memories of the granny cuddle, the coziness of her house on a scent, on a taste. Our intention is to give everyone the chance to feel that again, remind the home, sweet home, the hug of the loved ones at each bite.
Amaria is a homely homage to Brazil, to the woman, people from all over the world, to the places that we call home and the expression of love through cooking. Handing over joyous feelings through sweets that carry the warmth and flavors from a place that nowadays is more a memory then a reality.
